Wine and Cheese Tasing Nights
Local winemaker John D'liso and guests enjoying tasting a range of wines and cheeses at our first tasting night. Sampled on the evening were favorites such as Cantal, Roquefort, Pont l'Eveque, Brie de Nangis and a wonderful goats cheese. Approx 35 guests enjoyed a selection of French and Yarra valley wines.
Back from France
Chris Helleren, the owner and chef at Les Chesselles has just returned from a month in regional france to bring back new ideas not only for food but other french original and interesting events... she is also looking at french lessons at the restaurant on her return.

Les Chesselles will be serving wonderful Christmas Breakup luncheons and/or dinner as of the beginning of November!
3 courses for $40.00 - Including a glass of French wine.
