






Where else in the Yarra Valley would you find such a wonderful venue for your wedding. You have the choices of St Marys chapel, The Gazebo the old Oak Tree, the 100 year old Peppercorn tree or the newly established rose garden. And if by any chance the weather is not with you on your day we can arrange the service in the Gallery.
Have your photos taken under the wisteria arch, sitting on the old carriages, in the slab kitchen, on the veranda of the 1880's homestead in the working blacksmiths all this with magnificent views of the Yarra Valley.
For smaller weddings catering from twenty up to forty comfortably in the café / restaurant or the Gallery, or up to 100 in the magnificent museum. We can prepare a fabulous French feast as in Europe serving yourselves from a selection of meats and vegetables/salads served in ceramic bowls from the centre of the table. An extremely successfull way to serve is our brilliant buffet using the extra room at the side of the museum.
As seen in the attached video Les Chésselles can also cater for up to 300 in a magnificent marquise on the Mont de Lancey Common with the break taking Yarra Valley in the background. You will be served with a French inspired feast served by way of a buffet, inspiring desserts, Map coffee/tea and a full bar, wonderful french and Yarra Valley award winning wines.

FRENCH LESSONS
Learn practical French language skills in the comfort of the restaurant... whilst enjoying a glass of French Bubbly and a plate of cheese varieties.
Courses will recommence September 28th, 2010 and runs for 6 weeks concluding on and conclude on November 9th

This is a 'hands-on' class, then alongwith a glass of French Bubbly you will proceed to enjoy eating whet you have prepared
These classes will be available on any Monday when we are closed to the public... starting at 8.30am to approxiamately 2pm
Ideal as an alternative to a Hen's Night, especially if your friends are 'foodies'
Classes require a minimum of 4 participants, and are capped at 10 participants. Cost is $125 per person.
